M-DLC (High-Temperature Diamond-Like Carbon), also known as high-temperature diamond-like carbon, is a low-temperature coating developed after S-DLC coating. It offers higher hardness and is ideal for precision parts and PCB cutting tools.
Combining the lubricating properties of graphite and the hardness of diamond:
* Color of M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond-like carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond-like film, high-temperature resistant diamond carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond film: Glossy black
* Hardness of M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond-like carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond-like film, high-temperature resistant diamond carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond film: HV1750~HV3500 (17.2 GPa ~ 34.3 GPa)
* Film thickness of M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond-like carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond-like film, high-temperature resistant diamond carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond film: 0.5-3.5um
* Heat resistance temperature of M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond-like carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond-like film, high-temperature resistant diamond carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond film: 800℃
* Coefficient of friction of M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond-like carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond-like film, high-temperature resistant diamond carbon, high-temperature resistant diamond film 0.08~0.12
This M-DLC high-temperature resistant diamond carbon film is a new type of film specifically developed for PCB cutting tools:
